Our 100% Peranzana oil with a sweet and elegant taste, extremely versatile. Excellent raw on vegetables and salads, also notable on meat and fish. Its persistent and aromatic taste gives it an unmistakable flavor.
Green in color of medium intensity, with a fluid, full-bodied and clean appearance. It has strong hints of leaf and berry and unusual notes of tomato. When tasted, it shows notes of bitter vegetables and artichoke, with a spicy note of black pepper.
