The Schinosa paté is handcrafted from carefully picked and selected native olives.
Our native olives, harvested in the company's olive groves, are naturally amarised, and then blended, seasoned with our extra virgin olive oil, and enriched with oregano and fennel seeds. The Schinosa olive paté is excellent to spread on croutons, bruschetta or canapes and is a brilliant idea to give a special touch to first courses or main courses of meat.
