Monovarietal extra virgin olive oil obtained by pressing the best olives of Peranzana variety produced in our farm olive groves in the Trani countryside.

The nose has a medium intensity green olive fruitiness with notes of tomato, leaf and berry together. On the palate it presents itself with pleasant notes of bitter vegetable and medium intensity artichoke combined with a spicy with hints of black pepper. The persistence of the aromatic notes of the bitter is discreet.

Pairings: very versatile extra virgin olive oil, we recommend using it raw on salads, cooked and raw vegetables, soups, potage but also on meat and fish dishes.
