Our 100% Coratina oil is intense and lively: it interprets the best dishes of the peasant tradition in a contemporary key. Excellent raw on vegetables and bruschetta, excellent to accompany soups and to give a refined touch to first courses with a strong and enveloping taste.
Green in color of medium intensity, with a fluid and clean appearance, it has strong hints of grass and leaves. On the palate, it shows elegant notes of green almond that evolve into bitter notes of chicory and artichoke, aromatic and persistent, with an irresistible spicy note of pepper and chilli.
