Citrus Oil

A citrus oil with a strong Mediterranean scent, obtained by decanting in evo oil for about a month the peel of oranges, grapefruit and lemons exclusively from our citrus grove, naturally untreated.
The Agrumato is ideal for the realization of cakes and tarts, but also as a condiment in particular for meat and fish dishes.

Holy Oil

An oil of the peasant tradition, obtained by decanting a mixture of chopped hot peppers in the evo oil for about a month, collected in our farm garden.
Olio Santo is ideal for the enrichment of taste and spiciness of legumes, first courses, soups and also meat and fish dishes.
