Aromatic Oil

The Citrus

The citrus is produced by decanting a selection of citrus fruit for about 1 month
(oranges, grapefruits, lemons) – untreated and harvested in our citrus grove – in the extra virgin olive oil produced by us.

Excellent for making desserts and tarts, but also as a condiment for fish and meat dishes.

Holy oil

Holy oil, as required by the peasant tradition, is obtained by decanting a mixture of spicy peppers chopped in our extra virgin olive oil.

Spicy chillies come from our company garden.

Excellent for enriching spicy legumes, first courses, soups and vegetable soups, as well as
meat.
